1. How can SpotCampus help me?

SpotCampus has trained counselors who have very good experience in assisting students. Our office helps students with:

• Counseling and information about courses and colleges/universities in Canada

• Admissions

• Visa documentation and filing

• Airport pick up

• Accommodation assistance

• Pre-departure orientation

2. When are the intakes to Canada?

For universities: January and September (2 intakes).

For colleges: January, September & May (3 intakes).

3. When can I commence my admission steps?

Once you have opted for international studies, it takes about 4-6 months for completing the procedure. However, you can contact us as early as possible (even before two or more years) so that we can provide you with all the relevant information about the documentations you need to do like – admission procedure, getting education loan, visa filing, importance of credit card, the pros and cons of choosing a particular course or institution etc.

4. Is IELTS a necessity for admission?

Yes, it is mandatory that you have IELTS (academic 5.5)

5. Which all documents are necessary to submit for admission?

5.1. All educational mark lists and certificates (10th,12th, graduation (all years, if any), master’s (if any), diploma (if any))

5.2. Transcripts

5.3. IELTS certificate

5.4. Experience certificate (if applicable)

5.5. Statement of Purpose (SOP)

5.6. Official references (if applicable)

6. How long can I work during my course?

Depending on the availability of jobs and your eligibility, you can work for a maximum of 20 hours per week in-campus during the first 6 months, off-campus after 6 months of study, and full time during vacation.

7. Funds needed for my studies

You need about $10,000-$12,000 cad as your tuition fee per year and should show about $10,000-$12,000 cad for your living expense in an education loan account to prove your financial stability
