We will give a brief counseling about the Canadian education in response to the initial enquiry from a prospective candidate. You should send your resume and notarized documents on-line for fast processing to our email id or by post, specifying your preferred courses, if any. This will help us to match a course for you.
You have to register with us by paying the registration fee, as part of admission counseling and getting admission to a Canadian education institution. After registering, we will send you our agreement and the concerned institution’s application form. On receipt of the filled in application form and agreement, we will apply to the college for the selected course.
Depending on the availability of the course, the college will send a conditional offer. Some institutions require the candidate to send the application fee along with the documents. On receipt of which you will receive an official Offer of Admission.
When you have received a conditional offer, and you are accepting it, you have to pay the required confirmation fee to the college, to ensure a seat in your name. On receipt of the confirmation fee, the college will send the official Offer of Admission.
On receipt of the Offer of Admission, you have to pay us the visa documentation fee.As part of the visa procedure, it is most recommended to pay the first year tuition fee from an education loan account. We will provide you with the Canadian High Commission approved list of banks and documents, to help you get an education loan. The bank proceedings usually take about 2-3 weeks. Once the loan statement is approved by Spotcampus, you should pay the first year fees to the college.
Once the first year tuition fee is paid, we will send you the visa related forms. On receipt of the completed forms and all the relevant documents, we will file your visa.
